Sorry everyone, another newbie question

Currently upgraded DC to win2k mixmode, all 98 clients cannot run login script. Already installed dsclient.exe on 98, doesn't help.

Please help

Note: the logon script I use is just a .bat with "net use" command. The .bat files was in both netlogon & sysvol share.

Can the 98 machines run the batch file locally. Try and create the batch file on the hard drive of one of the 98 machines and see what happens. Put a pause at the end of it and you can see what's happening. Good luck. Glen A. Johnson

Thanks Glen,

I try that b4, it works, but my boss don't like the idea of distributed logon script.

Please suggest me so other method.

Make sure the users or groups have rights to the folders you are trying to access. Make Sure there are no spaces in the folder names. Test_folder not Test Folder. Jimmy
