on a Win 98 SE system I've upgraded Dcom and restarted the system, tried to install the agent and restarted but the system does'nt appear in EPo. Anyone got any ideas?

I dont think that there are any support for WIN9X.. reinstall the win9x and use ePO.

check the ePo logfile on the Win98.
Can the PC connect to the server ?
