I havr built myself a new computer, copied over w98 and w2000.I now cannot get past the boot error. When i try to re-install w2000 it does not recognize the product ID code.keeps telling me its the wrong code.
Is this part of the boot problem or have i got further problems.

Hi, I would boot off the Win 2k CD and re-install Win2k either complete, or you could try a repair of the version you have on your hard drive already. The Win2k CD should give you the option if it detects a version on the hard drive. Bye. Electron.
