Will this vid card be compatible with my agp??

hello there, i want to buy this video card: the V9520 Video Suite GeForce FX5200 128Mb DDR VIVO the link to it is:

in the specs it says Bus Standard AGP 8X/4X/2X , i have an older p3 mo/bo, but it only supports agp 2x and has the agp 2x port, will that video card still fit and work in the slot, or do i need another mother board to work with it?
