Will the TVM Queue. Or is the OGM card needed?

Will the TVM effectivly queue? or is the OGM card needed?

I believe the best method to be the latter but we keep hearing you can queue on the TVM no issues?

You can queue with or without the OGM card it only enables the MOH in the queue + a message. The TVM will not Queue calls by its self. Queuing is performed by the PABX

A apologise for my poor scenario.
Could you set settings with in your hunt group to go to a message on the TVM but still remain in its position with in that queue.

I guess a simple one from start.

-DDI-AA options.
-Option 1 - Sales Group 601, Operator service on VM set to off.
-Group 601 rings at phones for 10 seconds.
-Message "Sales are busy, to hold remain on the line or to hear another option please press 1
