You can queue with or without the OGM card it only enables the MOH in the queue + a message. The TVM will not Queue calls by its self. Queuing is performed by the PABX
A apologise for my poor scenario.
Could you set settings with in your hunt group to go to a message on the TVM but still remain in its position with in that queue.
I guess a simple one from start.
-DDI-AA options.
-Option 1 - Sales Group 601, Operator service on VM set to off.
-Group 601 rings at phones for 10 seconds.
-Message "Sales are busy, to hold remain on the line or to hear another option please press 1
