Yes, after review of the Flash Installation with MICS 5.0 software, we have found that the Flash 2.0 & 1.9 will work with the 5.0. Though there may be difficulties with the installations due to an initialization code change. Feature 903 has been the initialization code used with MICS 4.1. If you have previously initialized and programmed the Flash it will keep the previous programming when connected to MICS 5.0. But if you REINSTALL the Flash or do a new installation you normally would use Feature 903 to accept or cahnge the voicemail feature codes. This initialization feature code may be changed for your installation. Try feature 915 first or use Feature **XFTEST to aid in finding the feature code that is required before you configure the Falsh. Then you willbe able to configure the Falsh as normal with Feature 983.
I have had the same problem as well. Make sure the revision of the Flash 2.0 is 2.0.10 and nothing else. Ask your supplier to replace the S/w to get 2.0.10 and it should work right away.
