Will not synchronize

We are running GroupWise 5.5 on a NetWare 4.11 server.&nbsp;&nbsp;When we create a user with a GroupWise account, the user is not able to access the GroupWise account until we unload GroupWise at the server and rebuild the database.&nbsp;&nbsp;Then it works.&nbsp;&nbsp;How can we make it so that GroupWise will synchronize with out having to do all of the steps above.<br><br>Thanks<br>Mike<br><br>
 
From the GroupWise View in NWAdmin, highlight the username in question, Richt-Click and select Synchronize.&nbsp;&nbsp;Should do the trick.
