Will changing in RDB disconnect the calls?

As I know, changing in LD10 for telephone will disconnect the call, but I'm not sure if I change the setting in LD16 RDB will also disconnect all chanells in that route group?

No discos from LD16.

LD14 Trunk CHGs will cut off the trunk if in use though.
