Will any other Programs open a Crystal Report 1

I am still learning,testing, and setting up the Crystal Reports Server Software. I have about 20 reports that our users have to come to me for exports when they need the report. No one has the basic Crystal Reports XI, it is only on our test server.
How can they see the report until I get the CRS up and running.

THANKS FOR THAT, I WENT TO THE WEBSITE TO REVIEW THE SOFTWARE.I HAVE TO STILL VIEW THE DEMO. IS THIS JUST A VIEWING SOFTWARE OR WILL THEY BE ABLE TO REFRESH THE DATA.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT URGENT IS, I LOOKED IT UP IN MY SEARCH FOR FILES AND NOTHING CAME BACK.

Forgive me for being bumbfounde but i see they all say schedule is that perhaps the refresh of data or update that I am looking for.

I will be doing all of the developing and managing of the reports I just want to make sure the users can update and print.

Yes, all of those tools refresh the data, allow you to print and/or export.

Hello it's me again ,I have been testing Crystalviewer and it seems to be pretty good. The only problem is when you select refresh in the viewer it just gives you another snapshot of the report.
Is there one that you know of that refresh would actually pull newer data.

It should refresh, keep in mind that some databases cache data, so it miught even be your database side.

I typically suggest Millet Software, which was the original link you were sent.

Business Object's crystal viewer does not refresh the data. Try Datalink Viewer from Millet Software.

My apologies for going backwards here, but before I suggest this purchase to my management I want to be sure of one thing.
The Crystal Reports Developer XI does not have a built in scheduler that updates at given periods without the file being open, Correct?

So, I do need an additional software so that the users can see up to the minute data without me having to:
1 Refresh in Crystal
2. Export to the user.

Depends on the Edition of XI.

I believe Pro and above include a version of Crystal Reports Server, which might work for you, depending upon your real requirements (number of users, frequency, if they could just be exported to some other format on a scheduled basis, etc.).
