Will a 5410 work on a CM? 1

There are beasties amoung us!
Rumor has it that our Office Manager 6.2(11)VM Pro 4.2 will be absorbed into our CM.
I am wondering about replacing all those phones.
Can an Avaya 5410 be used on a CM?

Hi Randy.
Do not worry, this is not the case.
Perhaps it wil happen one day but that will take a long time.
The ipo is for smb and the cm for enterprice which is totally different.
So there is no need to worry at all.

Also the ipo is now also a base for the partner edition and Norstar edition.
They will never do that when it is going away.

I also know that the ipo will be software only.
Another investment which means that it will stay.

And to answer your original question, no they do not work on the CM
