Wild cards for Query based on form 1

Want to run a query based on form, using following query criteria: ([Form]![Search]![Job Name])

I want to be able to enter a partial "Job Name" along with the * wild card in form and have it pull up any matching records from my query (ie: Ray* would pull up Raymond, etc).

Query isn't pulling the records with the 'wildcarded' criteria. I'm a little rusty, any help?

criteria: Like [Form]![Search]![Job Name] & '*'
