do you guys know if I will get support from Mitel if the customer uses Ruckus Access Points?
Don't think Mitel has any kind or certification program like Polycom ( Spectralink ) for the access ports so I would think you would get Mitel support for handset issues but not wireless network issues.

Lou's right. Being a third party item Mitel most likely won't support it.
