Why won't Netscape 6 render this ?

HI,
Something very strange is happening with my table, and the fact that Netscape won't render it correctly. I was wondering if someone could take a look at my code and tell me why everything looks great with IE 5.0(or above) , but horrible with Netscape 6.0 (or above).
The weird thing is that for a split second, Netscape DOES render it correctly, but then "breaks apart". it's hard to explain without looking at it.

I wrote a separate file which just has the code that is posing the problem. (It's a navigation menu.)

Can someone take a look at it in Both browsers? It looks just like I want in IE5.
Or can you send me somewhere where I can find documentation explaining these sort of problems?

There are a few attributes that you are using that netscape doesn`t support, to find out more about these run a validator on your page.

Looks the same for me in A recent mozilla build.

What release of netscape are you using?

Netscape 6.0, 6.01, 6.1, 6.2, 6.2.1? ===
Supports Mozilla and Web Standards
Knows HTML/XHTML, CSS1, JavaScript, PHP, C++, DOM1
