Why won't it just work? Invalid TLV Record.

I just created a VB6 application that is able to pull up .rpt files based on a database. The app works fine on my PC that I developed it on eventhough my CRXI liscense expired. However when I try to install the application on another PC, (Same OS, same SP), I keep getting the error "Invalid TLV Record" error when I try to open the report. I have tried everything, and don't know what else to do? Any suggestions? Does Crystal reports XI have to be installed on all the target PCs?

I have tried that suggestion but to no avail. Still getting the invalid TLV Record error, when trying to view the report in the App.

Does CR have to be installed on every machine that needs to use this application? To test this theory out, I uninstalled CR on a PC that that ran this application fine, and as soon as I uninstalled it and tried to run the app again, I got the "Invalid TLV record" error. In relation to this, when I tried to run this app on a PC that had CR installed but with an expired license key, the APP still worked fine. This leads me to believe that something in the CR install allows this app to work whether or not the license is valid.
