why the trunks was disconnected after a period of time (3 min).

HI,

Please help me with this case on my MD110:

I have ROU=3 TL11 route; after 2-3 min the call is automatically disconected and I do not understand why.

This is route setting:

i fix the problem for an moment with that:
-remove PARNUM=41,PARVAL=180 with PARNUM=41 ,PARVAL=600
 
Your MD seems to wait for a B-answer from the PSTN, which is never received. Change VARO to 00002805 (or 2815). This should make the trick

 

If i change VARO to 00002805 the route not dial,the route dial with only varo 00002845 .

 
Strange....
Is this line connected to a PSTN or some kind of other equipment?
The B-answer (if any) is received from the external party, and before this parameter has any affect, the dialling procedure should already be ready. In your case, the dial tone is sent from the MD, change sig d1 to e.g. 1, can you hear the dial tone from the external after dialling the dest?
What about nuber length and roddp?
Then, which board type are you using? TLU75?

The line is connecting to private PBX (TOPEX with DTMF board)
I using TLU 75 board.
Yes i can hear the dial tone (TOPEX diall ton )after dialling the dest=77.
The number length is not setting.
I change the SIG=100010000000;but is the same situation.

So, trace TLP11, start before dialling, and stop after the disconnection.

I assume that the external caller is called and answers but is diconnected after 2 Minutes. If this is the case then D7 of VARO should be '0' i.e VARO should be set to 00002805.

I try , but my route dial with only VARO D7=4,D7=C.
 
the call is cleared after 2 minutes by CMP, this means that the MD110 is clearing the call. You have confirmed this by changing PARNUM 41. The 2 minute timeout is waiting for B-Answer. If this is not expected then no timeout will occur. With D7=4, you are set for no clear signal from line, no PTS signal from line but B-answer expected from line. The equivelent to this for no B-Answer expected is D7=0.

To dial out, 0, 4, 8 and C should work however 4, 8 and C will be expecting B-Answer and if none is received will time out and clear (as you see)

If 0 does not work, as you say, then I have no more ideas.
 
The timeout comes from CMP routine TRURINTIMSUP, meaning that the timer supervises the ringing time. I checked this in the lab with your parameters, and with D7=4 the problem is there. But with value "1" it works fine. What you need to do, is to confirm that the MD really is not dialling towards the line when D4 /= 4. If you trace it, you'll most probably see that the digits are sent. What you can do is to listen to the line when sending DTMF. What happens? We can always remove the ringtime supervision from outgoing TLP11, but this is not the correct way...
Note that the B-answer is a polarity reversal, and this is expected according the parameter in VARO. The ASPAC value
affects the whole switch.
If you want, change the value D7 to e.g. 1, start the trace, dial some number, and post that one here, if you are not sure that the system sends the digits from/to RMP, TLP11, TSP, ADP.
 
The P.B.X. is from long distance and the test i make with my opeator. When i setting D7=0, he said that route don't working. I checking again and my route dial with D7=0.
