why one phone on Norstar auto dial out?

A little more information please:
Does the phone call another party as soon as your pick up the phone?
Which telephone model?
Phone is probably set as a Hotline phone, you can turn this off in the programming configuration.

I am thinking an auto dial button is sticky (stuck on).
Play with all the buttons to see if one seems stuck.
