why no uninstall in vb6?

how come when you crate a program in vb6 w/ pdwizard it doesn't create an unintall file? and how to you create one?

All the necessary information for uninstalling should be there in the St6unst.log. However, this forces the user to use the Add/Remove Programs in the control panel.

You could always use some other types of install scripting programs like Wise if you just really really want that uninstall exe.

isn't Wise a program you have to buy? isn't there a free alternative?

You can download Inno setup. Its free, and creates an
uninstall exe
cant rememeber the addy, but a search on google should find it
