Why last sentence not following leading (see pic) 1

That does the trick.

But I wonder why I have to do that some times, and not at other times???

Sometimes there is a space or a hidden character that you haven't selected when you made your type changes.

Say that you changed the leading and you haven't selected the space at the end of the sentence, then the space with another leading will be kept by InDesign and that's why your last line has a different leading.
