Why is BE using the slower NIC?

BE 9.0 remote backup taking a very long time. 75gb over a 100kbps NIC card, I did the math 8.6 days. Anti-Virus is off. I have another 1000kbps NIC on both servers going thru a giga switch. Why is BE using the slower NIC?

I have setup the backup to use the faster NIC. I will check it on Monday to see how long it is now taking to backup. Thank much.
