Why int 19h point to 7c00?

Does anyone know why int 19h routine load the boot loader to 7c00h?is there any cause?
 
Think back to the early 1980's, when 64K was the least memory you could guarantee would exist on a PC.

That's probably why it's within the first 64K of the address space.

If you dig around in the original architecture, you'll probably find a more specific reason.
