I have seen that i have so many nsrindexd process, can someone have the idea what can be the cause ?

- NW version ?
- OS version ?
etc.

Sorry: Nw version 7.1 OS versoin: Solaris 9
I'm trying to backup Oracle 10G R2 databases
Networker is trying to load volume on drives and is not able

Sorry - no idea. I would just restart the ND daemons

However, have seen things like this in a Linux & NW 7.3 environment. This is due to multi-threading if the NW server runs on a Linux with 2.4 kernel. But this applied to me on all other daemons but nsrd, nsrmmdbd, nsrindexd.
