Why don't remote SCN extensions show in system status in 9.1 anymore?

Is it a security setting on the remote systems? Did Avaya take this away? Maybe this started in 9.0 I don't remember. Looking for a way to grab a list of all users and groups in an SCN without exporting from each system. Thanks.

I beg to differ.......

Andy, that is Manager not SSA
I hardly use SSA for anything else but check the registration of SIP trunks and to see on which extension a user is logged in on but to my believe it is still
possible to see all users in a SCN.
If not then open a config of a single SCN site and export the whole config as a csv file.
Then all users from all sites are within the csv file, local users somewhere in the middle and remote users at the end of the file.
With a little modding in a true text editor like UltraEdit you have a complete list within a few minutes which can be imported in excel.

You can see them in the Directory of System Status, but I don't know how you would export them. Maybe open the config in SCN view and export.

Totally missed SSA...sorry

But did they ever? I've never seen remote users show in SSA I don't think, unless you have a conflict of course :)

If you can see them then you can select them and copy/paste in a text editor or excel.

It only allows you to select one at a time in Directory. But it will show you who is in a group.
