Hello!
I am using IDS 7.30UC7X1. The operating system is SUSE LINUX "Enterprise Server 7" for IA-32.
Newly, the database goes offline and the online.log tells me:

Wed Jun 4 12:36:36 2003 12:36:36

sym.out does not match the oninit executable.
Stack traces in assertion failure files may be incorrect.

12:36:36 Event alarms enabled. ALARMPROG = '/usr/informix/etc/log_full.sh'
12:36:40 DR: DRAUTO is 0 (Off)
12:36:40 Informix Dynamic Server Version 7.30.UC7X1 Software Serial Number RDS#XXXXXX
12:36:40 Informix Dynamic Server Initialized -- Shared Memory Initialized.
12:36:40 Physical Recovery Started.
12:36:41 Physical Recovery Complete: 80 Pages Restored.
12:36:41 Logical Recovery Started.
12:36:43 Logical Recovery Complete.
4 Committed, 0 Rolled Back, 0 Open, 0 Bad Locks

12:36:43 Dataskip is now OFF for all dbspaces
12:36:43 On-Line Mode
12:36:44 Checkpoint Completed: duration was 0 seconds.

What is the reason for my problem???
Thanks for any answers!

Hi,
You are using a special Patcvh file of IDS (7.30 UC7X..).
It seems that trhe oninit is not realy the correct version for IDS 7.30.UC7. If you got that version form IBm you should contact them and ask for the patched oninit. It looks like the cause it a version conflict.
Your server does not go offline, it reboots on itselves.
