Why can't we see the name of the external caller(s).

We recently upgraded to succession 4.5. We recently switched carriers for our 5 PRIs. With our old carrier, when someone from the outside called us, we only received the telephone number. With our new carrier, we are being told that we should see the name and telephone # when someone calls us. I am being told that the problem is on our end. Is there an option that I must turn on for us to start seeing the name of the outside callers. I included the route info and d-channel info. Also, if there is a change that needs to be made on my end, can the change be made without taking the PRIs out of service?

Try to add UUS1 at RCAP in d-channel. for this change you need to disable dch.

You must add NDS (name delivery service) to the recap prompt on the d chan. Disabling the d chan does not take down the pri just prevents new in/out calls until d chan is reenable in LD 96

Is COLP supposed to show up? I did make a change to the D-Channel and added just NDS but when I print it, the same info as above shows up.

Am I doing something wrong? should I use XCOL and then add just NDS Or does it make a difference?

Name will not work with interface type D100 - must be NI2.

I read some other post regarding the NI2 requirement. The smaller site that we have actually has NI2 programmed in the route.
Is there anything else, that I missed?

if Call name is sent from CO will be displayed in DCH message.
