I've dragged and dropped a .jpg image file (taken by my digital camera) into a PowerPoint slide. I would then like to rotate it 90 degrees to the left. But the 'rotate object' option is greyed out. Any idea why? Thanks!
I have the same results. I do not work with PP much, but if I had this problem, I would use a jpeg viewer to rotate it before inserting it if possible.
PowerPoint XP (aka 2002) can rotate images - can you try inserting the image through the Insert | Picture | From File... route rather than drag and drop?
