Why cant I Ping this one particular external Site from my SBS 2003?

Hoping someone can provide me with some assistance.

My Domain: aquarium.co.za
For some reason I cannot ping the following server from our Domain server:
Name: smokey.saratoga.co.za
Address: 209.203.61.27
Aliases: gateway.saratoga.co.za

The people from saratoga.co.za say they not blocking us and our ISP say our records are all ok.

Is there anything I can check on our server that could be blocking me from pinging or trace routing to 209.203.61.27?

probably a routing issue. Why don't you paste the trace route log here. Also run a trace route on a PC that gets a reply from the ping and compare the logs

Thanks muckermucker. It turned out it was a routing issue from the ISP side.
