Hi, on a server I have this situation:
root@svr-1 # dladm show-dev
bge0 link: up speed: 100 Mbps duplex: half
bge1 link: unknown speed: 0 Mbps duplex: unknown
nxge0 link: up speed: 100 Mbps duplex: full
nxge1 link: up speed: 100 Mbps duplex: full
nxge2 link: down speed: 0 Mbps duplex: unknown
nxge3 link: up speed: 100 Mbps duplex: full

and I don't understand why the bge0 is set to half duplex.
I haven't modify any conf file (bge.conf i.e) and nobody has modified it with ndd command. In any case a reboot whas did recently.

By default it's set to auto/auto which is correct if you are using GigE.

But if you are using 100/full (switch port is set to 100/full) you should change your config in bge.conf to 100/full.

You can try these commands to see if the port sets to full -

ndd -set /dev/bge0 adv_autoneg_cap 0
ndd -set /dev/bge0 adv_1000fdx_cap 0
ndd -set /dev/bge0 adv_100fdx_cap 1
ndd -set /dev/bge0 adv_10fdx_cap 0
