why backupexec 8.6 can't backup win2000 sharing folder ??

It is because you have to buy the multiple-server option.
I think you have single server version

Or your BE server might be winnt in which case you need another BE server running w2k.

You should have an option in BE GUI. Under tools >> Options.

One of the windows (Network I think) allows you to select if you want:

- to see only admin shares
- to see only user defined shares

or everything (by selecting both).
