I am just wondering because I was never ever able to solve none of these...ever! Is this honestly possible to solve it without help of one who actually made it?

CrystalStart: these are absolutely possible to solve. Each is basically just a play on words, like a pun. Once you get the hang of them they aren't so tough. It's probably easier for native speakers, or at least those very familiar with the language. In fact, I was given these types of word puzzles in elementary school (grades 1-5, ages 5-11), though the ones given to kids that age are probably fairly simple.
