Hi there:

The following pop up message occures quite often during I run Win 2000 server (advanced)

Title: svchost.exe - Application Error

Content: The instruction at "0xe0423a30" referenced memory at "0xe04323a30". The memmory could not be "read".

Click on "OK" to terminate the program
Click on "CANCLE" to debug the program.

So, what happens? After either click I did, some operation were out of order; such as open new window, drag and drop, copy...

Thank you so much, I was head ache already so long. And I have tried to reinstall the server (but remain the settings)
error still the same.

sounds like it could be a blaster worm issue. i would start with running the patch provided by microsoft. could also be bad RAM.
