Y'all please forgive me if this is a stupid question, OK? I have searched a LOT and am admittedly not very sure about what I am about to ask. I am very comfortable with the IPO500V2 basics, have had the first level class. , and have 11 systems out, running 8.1 up to 9.05 software versions, all Essential edition. They are all stand-alone systems with POTS lines and digital sets (95XX). I have ONE clinic that is having personnel issues and wants to know if I can tell her how many calls are coming to the Reception group (5 phones) in a given day or week, and which sets in the group are answering the calls. More importantly, which sets in the group are NOT answering calls. Is there a way to get her this info without buying more equipment and software? Thanks in advance. I am pulling out what little hair I have left!

You can but it is just a dump of info that you would have to sift through, better to get a call reporting package or accounting package. I think that one of the users have a basic sorting program for the dump but I am not sure how it works.

11 systems - a good start I'd say, and you took on some training - we salute you!

Your ticket out of this is XIMA Chronicall, it's not free, but the price is fair.
Customers just loves this program, entry level covers about 95% of what a managing director or CEO desires.

You can also configure the hunt group to ring the least active extn, but I guess they'll find a way around that quickly (DD...)

Kind regards

Thanks, guys. I'll look into XIMA, Gunnar. Maybe I can get the clinic admin to spring for the price, It will be worth it to solve a personnel issue. Had not thought about setting the group to ring least active. Might be worth a shot.
As a side note, we are in process of replacing old Norstar and BCM50's with IPO in 38 clinics. Numbers 12 and 13 came in this week, and programming has begun. I work for a hospital system and my department does communications services for the system. Besides the clinics we have the main campus, about 50 buildings there, and 5 community hospitals. Keeps us hopping. We are trying to get Admin to buy Server edition IPO and runs the clinics off of that, since we already have data pipes at all locations. More training is in my future!

The deal sweetener is that they can have a trial for free. So you can charge them for install and they can then buy the software in a month.
If you set up as a dealer and go through the training, Xima will activate a demo license for you to play with as well.
Be warned, they'll buy it after they run it!

Eh you pretty good. See you next time!

38 medical clinics? You really must be a glutton for punishment. [shocked]

Kind regards

No doubt, Gunnar! Let's just say there's rarely a dull moment around here. Add to that overhead paging, ambulance tracking, temperature monitoring, and video conferencing, and that's just the things I am primary on. Sheesh!

Xima gives you a trial if you like, that shows the customer what they can do with it and once the trial is over just install the license and it runs full version.

Most people that had a look at it will buy it because Xima rocks.
