Who can help me to introducing python in "google.com"?

Usually,I was told that python used in is very popular, so I want to know how to use python in "google.com" or such website . it used to be a CGI web programming language ? or searching script? or management tools?
otherwise, I'm interesting in google.com 's web architecture, who can introduce it to me ??
