White space at top and left of screen

I'm drawing a mental blank here but I know I've used a fix for this before.

I have a table that is taking up 100% of the screen.

However when I view in a browser, I see about .25 inch of whitespace on the edges(top,left,bottom,right) of the table. Isn't there a way to push/pull the table to the very TOP and left of the browser.
