Whisper tone Issue( VDN origin Ann extension)

Hello,

I have configured whisperer tone i.e VDN origin ann for a vdn of a skill, but agents are unable to hear the whisper tone before answering, I checked the COR and hear vdn origin ann its yes. what are the others which I need to test ?
