Is it possible for an agent to answer back on a whisper page without the outside caller hearing them?

ACSS, ACIS, CCNA, CCNA Wireless, Network+, CTP

No, as then that isn't a whisper page, it a three way conference with 1 temporarily paty muted, you can't do that :)

All they need to do is hold the caller then call their supervisor though, not too difficult :)
