Whisper not playing

I have agents that are not hearing the whisper. I can play the whisper from the announcement number but not sure why they are not getting it. Any ideals?

its a known issue with your software load

Best bet would be to upgrade to CM 3.1.4 via PCN 1523 its a free upgrade.

 
What software load are you speaking about and where can I look to see this info please?
 
sorry for some reason i thought you were running 3.1

from linux type swversion

or from sat type newterm
 
Have you checked the COR?

You need to make sure the COR has the following setting:
Hear VDN of Origin Annc.? y

Also make sure you have the vdn override setting correct. If you do not understand how override works I can explain it to you. It has a major impact on skill preferencing, name displays, Org annc, vdn variables and some other stuff.
