I am utilizing the Whisper feature in VM Pro to play a wav to users in a hunt group to announce the call. Call comes into an AA, Whisper function. Within the Whisper, I have Play Recording unchecked, Auto Accept checked, Play recording to my HG ext, and a wav in Prompts played after...The idea is to announce the incoming call to the user/HG member so they know what kind of call it is coming in to them without looking at the phone display.
Problem:
Hunt Group Queuing:
When the call to the HG via Whisper, it DOES NOT play the Announcements (Queued, Still Queued). The caller hears only hold music until it connects to a user.
Nor does it display the call queuing in Xima etc
