While using T1 line to make Outbound call, caller ID shows “unknown” o

I have a T1 which using for outbound calls. Recently, I just realize that our caller ID doesn’t show correctly on some carrier like Tmobile wireless.

For example, in my PBX setting, 212-9xx-1000 should show as caller ID on far side.
It works on the below far side users.
646-xxx-6210 Verizon cell phone
610-xxx-1185 AT&T cell phone
917-xxx-2780 AT&T cell phone
212-xxx-0556 Carrier A resident phone
888-xxx-2000 Carrier B resident phone

But on T-mobile cell phone, it always show as “Unknown”, also, show as “Private” on carrier C’s resident phone.


I contacted our T1 service provider (carrier), they claims no issue has been found.

I need suggestion in this case, how can I continue the troubleshooting?
I really appreciate your help!
 
troubles not in your switch.. you send clid.. your provider marries that to a name in the ss7 table.. that is sent to the termanating provider.. if they ignore your name display, nothing you can do at a switch level to change that..

So in this case, is there anything I can do to solve the issue? Contact "the terminating provider" to let them correct the caller ID?
