After a report is completed, is there a way to sort a completed report by a ending formula? Or can you perform a sort while printing? I have a report (job costing) that shows me profit for each order. I want to sort by least profiablr to most, however I the formula that I want to sort by in not vivible in the sort function of CR. Thanks!

Crystal does things in a fixed order. Your 'profit' field must be some value that it works out after it makes decisions on printing and sorting.

You could (probably) group by profit, which would automatically cause them to appear in profit sequence.

This is the "ending" profit formula.

You can retroactively sort your results using Top-N sort
