While on phone, ringing 1

While on the phone when someone else from another extension calls me the intercom will ring once, then the light will just flash. Someone else in the office says their keeps ringing the whole time.

Is there a setting for this? We want it to only ring once if we are on the phone, but the intercom light keep flashing.

Or is there a way if we are on the phone for it to not ring, and just be busy?

The Do Not Disturb feature (F01) will send calls right to voicemail. Just need to make sure that the feature is assigned to a button with an LED.

Its called "Abbreviated Ringing". From ext. 10 or 11
Feature 00
Left Intercom x2

Enter the extension number
1 for Active or 2 for Not Active
Feature 00 to exit.
