ianuk1974,
Thanks again for your help. I've been reading throughout my Mitel documentation too, and it seems that the VoIP stuff is basically broken down into 2 parts:
a) voice traffic which is UDP
b) and call signaling which is TCP
From what I gathered, the voice traffic ports are probably just 9000 and 9002 like you suggested. I will also add UDP 69 and 20001 for TFTP as well since the phones like to connect to the Mitel 3000 each and everytime they boot up.
As for the call signaling, Mitel's RTC uses their proprietary MiNET and MiTAl socket for call signaling. So, according to my documentation,
MiNET Server is TCP 6800
MiNET Client is TCP 6900-6999.
I am just not sure if I need to use all the porst you listed since I really don't want to complicate my Cisco config and to be honest, don't know what they are. I have no clue what SAC or SACs are?!?
I'll post my Cisco config soon to show you guys what I have so far....
