why not cdrwin? are you having problems with CDRWIN? Then you must not have version 3.8C or higher............
 
Fireburner works also, or you can use ISOBuster and then use easy cd creator to burn it to disk, that way you can also add files to it, ie: CD Key.txt
 
A rather late reply, but still...

You can use CDMage, an image handling tool, to extract files and folders from the bin/cue file. This way, you can use whatever program you want to burn the contents.
The best part is that CDMage works with different image/ISO types, such as bin/cue, img, iso, ...
