Which SoftConsole for IPO 9.0.3

Does anyone know what is the latest version of SoftConsole that will work with IPO 9.0.3? Customer upgraded their PC to Windows 10, in which broke softconsole. So we installed the latest version of SoftConsole - 11.0.4.2.0 build 1 / however now user keeps getting "Login Unsuccessful" and mentions to verify username/password. We have reset user password, as well as removed and re-checked receptionist license several times with no luck. System has 3 receptionist licenses active. Any idea's? Will this version of SoftConsole not work with IPO R9.0.3?
