Howdy,

I have added two links. Which one is the fastest>?

And in small detail explain why? Advantages, disadvantages and so on.

And if for some reason I have mistakenly posted this in the wrong forum and you know where the right one is; please post it in the right one and let us know where you posted it by posting a link as a reply to it in here. But if I posted it in the right forum disregard the second request (please post it in the right one) as it is obviously a better idea for us all not to mention pretty intelligent to say the least. If I can be of any service please do not hesitate to ask.

Thank You Very Much

In small detail I would go with the quad-core. The fact that it hosts an 8MB cache is pretty incredible. This does not necessarily mean that it will out perform the Core 2 Duo though (at least not at this current moment in time). The performance increase you get will only be noticed if the applications you are running are written to take advantage of the full processing capabilities.

Check this thread out as it is pretty informative about multi-core processing.

Here is a review of the first Kentsfield quad-core chip.
