Hi, everyone. I have a CM 5.2.1 system.

When a call comes in through a TN464 to Region 1 and is answered by an IP agent in Region 2, which Medpro is used - the Medpro in Region 1 or 2?

1 and 2. Though on 2 if you have shuffling turned on it may switch to 1 and phone directly.

Status the station to see.

The point of a medpro is to convert the TDM call to IP.

As long as the call is active on the TN464 the DSP resource in that same network region/port network will be used. It may also use the medpro in region 2 to establish the call but otherwise only the resource in region 1.

you can confirm this by doing a status station while that agent has an active call. you will see which resources are tied up for that call in last few pages of that status command.
