Which Firmware I should download for LG Aria 300?

Hi,

On the following link many softwares available and have different codes that I couldn't figure out what they are mean.

Her is my MPB card info (AU30P-2.2Fi MAR/04) . Could you tell me whihc one is OK for me?

This depends on daughter boards that you have installed on the mpb do you have Asmu?

I have purchased another board but I would like to upgrade the old one as a spare so I still need help to choose for right firmware.
