Which files i need to copy...?

I have hundreds email in my office, i want to copy all emails and address book to my home computer, which files and folder i need to copy from office for all this.

File/Export in Outlook should give you what you need.

From there you can export any and all items to a PST file and then import on your home machine.
 
And don't forget to send home a copy of your PAB file (personal address book.)

You can find out where your PAB is stored (hopefully in a regularly backed up location), here's how:

1 - Open Outlook, click on Tools -> Services.
2 - Click on 'Personal Address Book' and click properties and you'll see the location of your PAB file.
