Which dimensions to use for a flash website?

Hey there!

I was wondering what everyone thought would be the best dimensions to use for a flash website?

I have heard that using 770 x 450px is good enough for people with 800x600 screens.

Has anyone else got any examples of sizes used.

Any help, is good help!

760 x 420 is what Dreamweaver tells me.
