If only I had a brain...

New to MS Access and I want to obtain some Sum() data with a second query on a report, but I do not have a clue on how to do this. The report is base on a main query and gets all the info I need, but there's a second query I would like to get info from and I don't see how in MS Access. I read on another post about a "subreport" but it didn't give details on how to do so. I tried to even do a subquery on the original, but fell short on how to get dynamic report data to be used by the subquery.
Any suggestions, directional kicks most welcome...

It helps if one turns on the graphic toolbars... found how to create the subreport. Still have a problem with getting dynamic report generated data to be used actively by the subquery. Or maybe this would never work and I should try a different tatic.
